• The WTDS T³ PROGRAM:
The WTDS Train-the Trainer Program series of courses are provided worldwide in English and Spanish. For your convenience, these courses are offered in your city at your corporate training facility of choice.

The T³ Program can be given to an individual or group
of trainers, developers and support technicians in order to impart all aspects of training development. They receive a complete understanding of how to implement each training program, including software instruction, project management and SCORM/ADDIE/508 compliant formats.

• MAQUILA SKILL MODULES:
These are relatively simple & to-the
point and can depend solely on video, animation or simulation to clearly illustrate task being taught.

The difference between a formal WBT & Skill Module is WBTs are authored by a formal training group, while skill modules can be authored closer to the end user.

For example, the video is made within a no-frills workplace environment and simply reflects reality to get the point across. Ideal for teaching a hands-on process, such as manufacturing.

Development process involves small team: trainer; media expert; video production and a skilled worker - someone who is the most highly skilled at the specific task.
